Undergraduate Institution: Georgia Institute Of Technology/Emory
Advisor: Daniel Margoliash

I have been a student in the CNS program since the fall of 2020. As a member of the Margoliash lab, I study how our brains consolidate motor memories during sleep and how brains prepare to execute coordinated movements in a songbird model system.

Outside of my laboratory research, I volunteer in the Bird Collections at the Field Museum cleaning skeletons, and as a phlebotomist at CommunityHealth. I enjoy pinning insects as a hobby entomologist and competing in dog shows and races with my Russian wolfhound, Pavlov, and my Berger Blanc Suisse, Aspen.
