Sami is a third year CNS student in the Hatsopoulos Lab studying motor control and motor learning. She works with marmosets to understand the changes in functional connectivity of dorsal premotor cortex (PMd) and primary motor cortex (M1) throughout motor learning. She also works with the Brain-Computer Interface project to understand motor control in human participants.

In her free time, Sami is very involved in intermural sports and is always encouraging others to join the neuroscience department teams!
